tip #12: listen to these podcasts

I believe that in our time, podcasts are often underrated and overlooked. Many people associate podcasts with controversial people whose opinion no one asked for, and forget that now there’s a podcast on about every single topic that exists. I personally have always associated podcasts with productivity – not because it is a popular topic of those, but because it is such a convenient way to learn new information that can be done while you’re simultaneously doing something else.

Today I want to share some podcasts that cover the topic of waking up early, as well as podcasts that are helpful to listen to in the morning. I hope you find one (or more) that interest you, and if you’re not an avid podcast listener yet, I hope they will make you one.

  1. Wake Me Up with Tyler Brown
    • This podcast consists of 10-15 minutes long guided morning routines that will prepare you for the day ahead and help you feel your best.
  2. Wake Up and Level Up with Mario Armstrong
    • Hosted by an NBC TODAY show contributor, this podcasts gives you daily 5 minute long episodes for morning motivation and personal growth activation.
  3. Daily Boost Motivation and Coaching with Scott Smith
    • When you listen to this podcast, you will hear amazing productivity tips that will help you break bad habits, increase your discipline, and overall improve in every aspect of your life.
  4. Before Breakfast with Laura Vanderkam
    • A productivity podcast worth mentioning, Before Breakfast consists of short episodes that you can combine with your morning routine to learn more about ways to better manage your time.
  5. TED Talks Daily by TED
    • Last but most certainly not least, TED Talks Daily probably lands as #1 on my personal list of favorite podcasts. You can find episodes that cover almost any topic from business to personal development and relationships, and if you’re not into podcasts quite yet, I recommend that you start here.

Pick an episode and make your day a little more productive!
